This means that the payment is still pending from your side. Please make sure to follow the steps shown in this video to resolve the issue.
My plan has expired, how do I renew or update my plan?
How can I increase the daily download limit?
To update your plan or increase the daily download limit, you will need to upgrade your current plan.
To upgrade your plan, you must first cancel your current plan. After cancellation, you can then upgrade to the plan that fits your requirements. For a step-by-step guide, please refer to the video provided.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that our subscriptions do automatically renew, but you are free to cancel before the next renewal. Once canceled, your subscription will stop, and no further charges will occur.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
1- Login to your account.
2- At the top right of the menu bar, click “Upgrade your plan”
3- On the Actions tab Click “Cancel”
4- Click the “Confirm” button.
By following these steps, you will be able to cancel your subscription successfully.
What happens when I end my subscription?
Once you end your subscription, Your paid plan will switch to the free plan and you will have access to download one “SVG” file per day.
